"Cyanotypes" est une sélection de 17 courtes pièces électroniques créées à Montréal entre le début de l'automne 2016 et la fin de l'hiver 2017. Ces pièces illustrent avec des sons - naïvement et de façon surréaliste - des êtres, des états, des concepts, des endroits ou des outils. Ces sons puisent leur inspiration à la fois dans l'ambient et dans certaines "musiques du monde", dans le krautrock et dans le minimalisme, dans la musique acousmatique et dans la musique new age.

L'image de la couverture est un cyanotype de l'armature d'un cerf-volant chinois (Thomas Smillie, 1906 : goo.gl/opH9Qx ).

"Cyanotypes" is a selection of 17 short electronic pieces created in Montreal between the beginning of autumn 2016 and the end of winter 2017. These pieces illustrate with sounds - naively and surrealistically - beings, states, concepts, places or tools. These sounds are inspired as much by ambient music as by "world music", by krautrock as by minimalism, by acousmatic music as by new age music.

The cover image is a cyanotype of the frame of a Chinese kite (Thomas Smillie, 1906 : goo.gl/opH9Qx ).
